CAL FP6 Service Includes:-

Audit reports detailing the testing undertaken, any ineligible costs that have been removed and any audit issues for the client to note. 

Quality control checks by CAL’s senior partner, Ken Odgers;

Certificates issued electronically as well as in hard copy;

Working papers and supporting documents retained for five years, and/or forwarded to the client on request;

Correction of any errors and, if necessary, the issue of revised certificate at no additional cost;

Investigation and resolution of any queries raised by the client’s or EC’s Auditors

Security of Professional Indemnity Insurance at a level of £1M.

Quality Services

CAL believes that staff continuity is the foundation for a successful service delivery. Therefore our FP6 and FP7 services are personally managed by a partner, Jill Elliott, who has been with CAL for seven years. Jill is responsible for the day-to-day control of certification work and is the dedicated contact point for all our clients.

FP6 & FP7 Workshops

CAL is happy to facilitate workshops for PIs, Research Administrators and other interested parties to discuss the audit approach and address any issues connected with the auditing of FP6 and FP7 projects.

CAL is managed by three partners who, with the help of a small number of specialist subcontractors, has been delivering grant and contract audit services since 1999 to a wide range of public sector clients.

 CAL takes pride in the close working relationships it has developed with Research Admin/Service Managers at its clients.

CAL has established a sound working relationship with Bluebell Research which has included attendance at FP6 and FP7 workshops, as well as providing presentations on the FP6 audit process.
